We have negotiated a special group rate at KU Home Hotel, located on the Kasetsart University campus just a few steps from the venue.

  • Room types: Twin (2 single beds) or Double (1 large bed), subject to availability
  • Breakfast: Not included. The hotel offers breakfast for an extra charge. For your convenience, the ConfConf organizers will arrange breakfast at the venue each conference day.

How to book

Reserve your room together with your ticket on our Tickets page. Select “Hotel reservation – pay at check-in” and tell us your arrival and departure dates. We’ll check availability with the hotel and confirm your booking by email.

Rooms are limited, so please book early.

Payment

No online payment. You pay at hotel check-in, in CASH only (Thai Baht, THB).

Cancellation

Once confirmed, your reservation cannot be changed or refunded. The organizers have guaranteed these rooms with the hotel, so we would need to cover the cost of any no-shows.

If you can’t make it, please tell us as early as possible at info@confconf.org, so we can pass the room to another attendee. Thank you for your understanding!
