Attendance for invited organisations is free, as well as catering throughout the event.
The organisers hope that future editions will be co-organised by multiple organisations, if you are interested, talk to us during the event!
Getting there
The conference takes place at Kasetsart University, Bangkhen campus:

The campus is large, so allow some extra time to walk from the gate to the venue. More details on the exact building will follow.
Airplane
Bangkok has two airports:
- Suvarnabhumi (BKK), about 40 km from the venue, is served by all major international and regional airlines. Take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai (around 30 minutes), then change to the BTS (see below).
- Don Mueang (DMK), about 18 km from the venue, is mostly used by low-cost carriers. The SRT Red Line takes you from the airport to Bang Khen station in around 10 minutes (see below).
BTS Skytrain
The closest station is Kasetsart University (N13) on the BTS Sukhumvit line (light green). From the city centre, take any northbound Sukhumvit line train (towards Khu Khot); from Phaya Thai (N2) the ride takes around 20 minutes.
From the station, it’s a short walk to the campus. Motorbike taxis and regular taxis are also available for the last stretch.
Single-journey tickets can be bought from the machines or ticket office at each station.
Train (SRT Red Line)
Bang Khen (RN04) station on the SRT Dark Red Line is about 1 km from the venue, a walk of around 15 minutes, or a short taxi or motorbike taxi ride.
- From Don Mueang Airport: take the Red Line towards Krung Thep Aphiwat; Bang Khen is four stops away (around 10 minutes).
- From the city centre: take the MRT Blue Line to Bang Sue and transfer to the Red Line at Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal, then ride three stops towards Rangsit.
Grab or taxi
Grab is the easiest way to get around by car: the price is fixed up front and you can enter the address above as the destination.
Regular metered taxis are plentiful and cheap. Always make sure the driver switches on the meter; if they refuse or quote a fixed price, just take the next one. It helps to show the driver the address in Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ บางเขน (Kasetsart University, Bangkhen).
From the airports, use the official taxi queue (Suvarnabhumi: level 1; Don Mueang: arrivals level). Expect to pay the meter plus a 50 baht airport surcharge and any expressway tolls. Depending on traffic, the ride from Suvarnabhumi takes 45 to 90 minutes.
Food
Lunch and coffee breaks with snacks will be provided throughout the conference.
In addition, all participants will be invited to join the group dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. More details to follow.

Provided time and logistics line up (no promises!), we will provide t-shirts as a memento. When booking your ticket, please indicate your desired t-shirt size if you would like to get one.
